Cannot register new SpacePilotPro USB

Despite several attempts, I am still unable to register my new SpacePilot Pro USB. Every time I go through the entire form and fill out all the required fields, I get the screen saying "Thank you for your request. We will be in touch" but I never hear anything or see anything happening. Filed a support ticket through the support page and also never heard back.

Attached screen shot shows what I am seeing. Anybody that can help me getting this thing registered?

Hello CNCman2019,

I apologize that you encounter problems with the registration. I have searched our database and couldn't find any record with your email address. Were you using the same email address to register that you are using here in the forum?
