Why was the dynamic spin center toggle removed long ago?

I use to be able to turn it off in Pro/Engineer. I know this was removed some time ago but why? I have tried to live with the spin center moving around but I find it really annoying. Especially when I am zoomed in really close. It won't always update and I'll spin the model right off the screen.

Now that I work for a wheel company I'd rather just use the Creo spin center. Model manipulation is much more predictable. I use to be able to spin a wheel like it would roll naturally. But with dynamic spin center, it almost never on the axis. So it just wobbles on the screen. I need to be able to sping it smoothly.

Please give me the toggle back. So frustrating.

Hi,

Creo has implemented navigation for our devices, so they must have moved some things around. I believe this is what you were looking for.
