Re: Spacemouse does not work in Word (office 365)

Hi HansM, We have seen this before and the issue (internally referenced as WIN-667) was an invalid Word installation. Please see if you can run the "repair installation" for Office or simply uninstall and then run the installer again. To repair a Office 365 installation on Windows 10, go to the Sett...

Re: 3DS Max move locked camera

Hi vinigor, Bug doesn't happen if camera is in target mode, and target and camera are both locked. Also bug doesn't happen if Auto mode for Rotation center is turned off, even with unlocked camera. But if you move the camera in this mode, some kind of madness will happen. I think this may be WIN-655...

Re: 3DxWare v10.6.6 problem with Firefox 75.0 64bit

Hi Crabeboy, Solidworks 2020 - CTRL/Shift/ESC/ALT - are all gone completely. [...] The latest release lost the ctrl/shf/esc/alt. That's bug WIN-650 and it will be resolved in version 10.6.7 of 3DxWare 10. After I use a radial menu, I get odd click behaviour. Sometimes I will use the radial for a com...

Re: 3DxWare v10.6.6 problem with Firefox 75.0 64bit

Retract this version from the 3dx website drivers download page, there will be more bug reports and complaints if you don't close the v10.6.6 download link ASAP. Right. We're looking into that, yes. We have stopped the distribution of version 10.6.6. Version 10.6.5 has been reinstated until we publ...

Re: C# .NETFramework and .NETCore compatibility

Hi SamF,

Initially, I thought you were using Raspian and was going to suggest libusb but I see that you're using Windows IoT.

For embedded applications, you may want to take a similar approach and use a system API like the unmanaged Raw Input or the managed Window.UI.Input frameworks.

So far the v10.6.7 for my testing shows the problem/bug/issue regarding keyboard emulation is fixed.
Thank you for checking the fix for bug WIN-650.

We are sorry for the inconvenience WIN-650 is causing to our customers. We expect to release 10.6.7 before the end of this week (by April 24).

Re: 3DxWare v10.6.6 problem with Firefox 75.0 64bit

I reported several issues, not only on Firefox 75.0 64bit. It appear all these are caused by the same underlying issue: the keyboard emulation is broken in 10.6.6 and shortcuts do not work. Interesting that we cannot see this on our development machines (it has to do with how Windows picks up drive...

Re: 3DS Max move locked camera

But I can recreate the bug if I have automatic vertical tilt enabled (both on phys and corona cam) and I move the spacemouse. Some times you need to disable and then reenable the auto tilt function, move spacemouse again and it goes all bonkers - what does seem to be fixed is, that now I am able to...
