The link to the SDK is this: http://www.3dconnexion.com/service/soft ... loper.html.
You might have an old link. :?
Hmm, there's a need to update the link in the help file in the 3DxWare driver.

Re: MAYA 2018/19 driver BUG with3DxWare64_v10-6-3_r3045

Download and install v10.6.0. The newer v10.6.3 doesn't get the Maya plugin right.

Re: Error 1603 Driver install failed: 3DxWare64_v10-6-3_r3045

Hi Utash, I have another bug/issue and might need another thread for 3DxWare64_v10-6-3_r3045 driver issues Maya viewport doesnt show any objects anymore, this happened with the last install I posted above, the plugin works for viewport movement and you can see new meshes but when loading a previous...

Re: AlphaCAM

If it is not on our list of supported applications, it means we didn't certify it. We have no way of knowing how well it works. That's great that you say it works well. If the 6DOF motion works well, there is a possibility that they have integrated our SDK into their application. The log file will ...

Re: AlphaCAM

Hello CAMuser1234, AlphaCAM is not currently included in the list of programs that provide support for our devices . In order to use it with 3Dconnexion devices, support for 3D devices would need to be added inside their software. For specific applications that use a plug-in or add-on such as Solid...

Re: AlphaCAM

So far AlpahCAM has a tiny user base, I don't see any future resource will be invested by 3Dconnexion to expand the functionality support beyond the 6 DOF knob/puck. The Spacemouse Enterprised multi-buttons environment supports: 1 Familiar application icons are displayed in Windows on the SpaceMouse...

Re: Maya 2019.2 and 3DxWare 10.6.3

Confirmed here by another acquaintance in online instant messaging Tencent QQ chat group, v10.6.3 is buggy for Maya. Stick to v10.6.0 and wait for a new release.

Re: 3dConnection Enterprise random drifting in every axis

Hey It's me again :) So today I took me spacemouse and with nothing to loose I sprayed the joy and everything beneath it with dry-erase cleaner (I think it's 100% alcohol). Then I wrapped it in foil and left for about 15 minutes. After this the device is working like a charm (for a couple of hours ...

Re: 3dConnection Enterprise random drifting in every axis

I got a response from Polish support team. Despite their best intentions they were unable to help. Looks like my experience with spaceMouse ends at this point. :( You can invest on a new device, the 3D mouse should worth the money you invested, and you get a high return of investment: reduced futur...

Re: 3DxWare64_v10-6-3_r3045 not detecting software properly

The price for SpaceMouse Enterprise is increased from initial USD 359 back to year 2016 to USD 399 now on Amazon.com. The price increase deters a lot potential users from buying this device to benefit from the productivity gain it offers.

Not sure how long has you been using their products but they used to have a way better development. Their products has been sitting there for years and they only changed them recently. Their software used to be way better allowing you to set profiles even for softwares that weren't meant to work wi...
